Original hotel in a perfect and magnificent location close to a tram stop which will take you to the tower. Fantastic, immaculate room on the upper floors, family atmosphere.

The location is unbeatable for what we needed. Aarzoo's Soul Food, where you can eat, is a walking distance from the hotel. Make sure to get suite with balloons and even a birthday cake plus a fridge.

We liked the hotel, its amazing location and lovely friendly staff. The room was immaculate, tidy and had an ironing set, coffee/tea making machines, and television. The breakfast was marvellous and great, with plenty of meals. The service offered was excellent. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. Our stay there was lovely.

The location was fantastic in the nice area. The train station was within 15 minutes' walk away. The fantastic friendly staff truly made me feel welcome. Got a nice size and well-equipped family room on the upper floors when arrived, enjoyed that.

The hotel is little and in a good location near to everything on the south pier. Family queen room is well-equipped, has a fairly clean bathroom.
